Though it was a beautiful morning
Yet everything seems so humdrum
It was a long queue outside the clinic
All eagerly waiting for their turn.
Their bodies were feeble with faces looking pale
One could easily feel their heart's anxiety
Somehow I was reminded of a trained Robot
Assembled with machines of different variety.
A giggling sound broke the deadly silence
And a laughter was all I could hear
There was a boy sitting in his father's lap
Whose twinkling eyes had no sign of fear.
I stared at him without blinking my eyes
Wondered why wasn't he unnerved and FORMAL
The very next moment I realised how SPECIAL he was
All my pride vanished away and I just felt so NORMAL.
